To access MyBook, sign in and click the MyBook link that appears at the top-right of most SourceBook pages. Here's a step-by-step guide to using MyBook: Manage ProductsIn MyBook, you can keep track of the products you've listed on SourceBook and edit or delete those products. You can also suspend or reactivate product listings. To access your SourceBook inventory, use the Manage My Products link. (For detailed instructions on the Manage My Products feature, click here.)To see an instructional video about Manage My Products, click on the player below. You can also add products one-by-one through MyBook, using the Add A Single Product link. (For detailed instructions on the Add A Single Product feature, click here.) If you've got lots of products to add to SourceBook, use our Import Multiple Products tool. Here, we'll guide you through creating a product sheet in Microsoft Excel that can be uploaded along with multiple image files. (For detailed instructions on the Import Multiple Products feature, click here.) You can perform a quick search of your entire SourceBook inventory using the Search My Products link in MyBook. (For detailed instructions on the Search My Products feature, click here.) Want to remove all your products from SourceBook in one easy step? Use the Delete All Products link in MyBook. Account InformationYou can change your account information in MyBook, such as the name and email address associated with your account, as well as the contact information listed for your company, such as mailing address, phone number and fax number. Just click the Manage My Account Information link.Email UpdatesYou can change your email update subscriptions in MyBook.Email Updates are free customized emails that let you know when new products or sellers have been added in the categories of your choice. You can also receive product updates that track when changes are made to pre-existing product listings in your chosen categories. All three email updates are delivered once weekly. Just click the Manage My Email Updates link. (For detailed instructions on the Email Updates feature, click here.) My Saved ItemsWhen you are browsing for products or sellers on SourceBook, you can save those that interest you to MyBook for viewing at a later time. You can also send inquiries to multiple sellers at once through MyBook.To review your saved products, click the Manage My Saved Products link. To review your saved sellers, click the Manage My Saved Sellers link. (For detailed instructions on saving Products or Sellers, click here.) Additionally, when you perform a search on SourceBook, you can save it to MyBook for quick access to new results at any time. Plus, you can choose to be notified by email when new products or sellers that match your search criteria are added to SourceBook. To review your saved searches, click the Manage My Saved Searches link. (For detailed instructions on saving searches, click here.) My Show PlannerWhen SourceBook buyers are interested in meeting with your company at an upcoming ASD trade show, they can click the "Meet Seller at ASD" button to send you an appointment request.A log of all your received requests will be stored in MyBook. To review your received requests, click the View Received Requests link. If you would like to meet with other sellers at an upcoming ASD trade show, you can click the "Meet Seller at ASD" button when viewing a seller's SourceBook profile page. A log of all your sent requests will be stored in MyBook. To review your sent requests, click the View Sent Requests link.
