Create an ASDSourceBook.com accountIt all starts with creating an account. Fortunately, it's easy to do. Sign up now, or learn more about it.Add productsOnce your seller account has been activated, you should start adding your products to SourceBook right away. Remember, the more products you list, the more inquiries you'll receive from buyers! Just visit MyBook, your personalized area of SourceBook, to add products either one-by-one or in bulk.Learn more about managing inventory in MyBook. Respond to inquiriesWhen a buyer is interested in your products or your company, he/she can send you a message using SourceBook's "Contact Seller Now" tool. A notification informing you of the buyer's interest will be sent to the email address you have on file with SourceBook. This notification will include the buyer's email address so you can respond to their inquiry directly.It is important that you respond promptly to all inquiries you receive, as buyers will lose interest if too much time passes. You should also be thorough and make sure to answer all of the buyer's questions. This will leave a positive impression and encourage the buyer to place an order with you. Respond to "Meet at ASD" requestsWhen a buyer is interested in meeting with your company at an upcoming ASD trade show, he/she can send you an appointment request using our "Meet Seller at ASD" tool.A notification informing you of the buyer's interest will be sent to the email address you have on file with SourceBook. This notification will include the buyer's email address so you can respond to their request directly. Even if you are not attending the next ASD show, you should respond promptly to the buyer's request and determine whether there is another time and place you can meet with the buyer.
